Children's Ministry Opens Up This Sunday

6/23/2020

Harvest Valley Family:  With phase three happening now for the panhandle, we now will offer nursery and Sunday School this Sunday.  We will also be able to return to our one service at 9:30 A.M.  We will still have distance between our Worship Center seating, but we are no longer required to sit only with family members.  We will continue to provide hand sanitizer, encourage no hand shaking or hugging, and will dismiss people by sections to fellowship outside.  This is a huge step forward for our Church family.  We will also be honoring our 2 high school graduates who attend our Church on this Sunday.

Continue to pray for Pastor Joel & Heather Hergert as they make decisions about housing, moving and settling in with us in Scottsbluff.  They will be moving here toward the end of July and begin ministry with us on August 10th.   We are all excited to be welcoming them soon to our community.    Harvest Valley Church

Pastor Curt has served as a Church Planter, a local Pastor, and as a lead Pastor, serving mostly Nebraska Churches.  He has been doing interim ministry since 2012, and he and Fay make their home in Scottsbluff.  He received his schooling from Grace University and has completed some graduate studies with Moody in Chicago.

Curt loves to preach and teach and became a Pastor after a short stint of farming on the family farm in Eastern Montana.  He enjoys fishing, gardening and wood working.  Fay has always been involved in music, either through the music ministry of the local Church, playing for schools or teaching piano lessons.

Curt and Fay have three sons and five grand children.  Their sons and families live in Scottsbluff, Lincoln and Dallas, Texas.
